We’re a team built by founders who’ve scaled Voodoo (€625M revenue). We’ve secured seed capital from top-tier investors behind BeReal, Deel, Voodoo, and AppLovin—and are now taking on an AI-driven health app to own the next big category in health & fitness.

You’ll work side-by-side with the Motion Design Lead—a performance-minded leader with hands-on experience. You’ll work on turning ideas into high-performing video ads.

🔧 Required Hard Skills

• Strong video editing skills with solid proficiency in After Effects
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, Veo, etc.)
• Ability to produce high-volume creatives at speed
• Comfortable creating without detailed briefs — able to turn ideas into execution
• Experience building performance-driven ads (not just visuals, but results)
• Strong ownership: you take tasks from idea → delivery → iteration
• Able to manage your own workflow independently
• B1+ English (you’ll work in English daily)
