We’re a team built by founders who’ve scaled Voodoo to €1B in revenue. We’ve secured seed capital from top-tier investors behind BeReal, Deel, Voodoo, and AppLovin—and are now taking on an AI-driven health app to own the next big category in health & fitness.
You'll own payments end-to-end for one of our core growth levers: every dollar we collect has to actually land, safely, and at the best possible rate. Working closely with the Head of Growth, you'll turn declined transactions, fraud losses, and checkout friction into measurable revenue recovered — and build the payment infrastructure that lets us scale into new markets and payment methods.

Payment systems & infrastructure
- Own our payment stack end-to-end — PSP relationships, gateway configuration, routing logic, and integrations across web2web checkout flows
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage payment service providers (PSPs), local payment methods, and alternative payment methods to expand coverage across new markets
- Partner with engineering to spec, prioritize, and ship payment infrastructure improvements — smart routing, retry logic, tokenization, subscription billing, and dunning flows
Risk prevention & mitigation
- Own fraud and risk strategy across the payment funnel — set up, tune, and continuously improve fraud rules and risk scoring tools
- Monitor chargeback ratios, fraud rates, and dispute trends; investigate root causes and implement fixes before they become PSP or card-network problems
- Build monitoring and alerting so payment risk issues are caught in hours, not weeks
Payment acceptance rate improvement
- Own authorization/acceptance rate as a core KPI — diagnose decline reasons (soft vs. hard declines, issuer-specific patterns, 3DS friction) and design fixes
- Design and run experiments on checkout flow, payment method mix, retry timing, and account updater logic to recover failed and involuntary-churn payments
