We’re a team built by founders who’ve scaled Voodoo to €1B in revenue. We’ve secured seed capital from top-tier investors behind BeReal, Deel, Voodoo, and AppLovin—and are now taking on an AI-driven health app to own the next big category in health & fitness.

You’ll work side-by-side with the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Technology Officer.

• Candidate sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche communities)
• Interviewing and candidate assessment
• ATS management
• Hiring pipeline management and reporting
• Offer preparation and negotiation
• Recruitment analytics (time-to-hire, funnel conversion, source effectiveness)
• Talent mapping and market research
• Employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Stakeholder management with hiring managers
• Able to manage your own workflow independently
