Our Registered Nurses provide high quality, patient-centered preventative care in patient homes & via teleconsultations. In addition to building strong patient trust, they actively participate in feedback & guidance to our operations, multidisciplinary and engineering teams. Role

• Visit patients in their home to safely and professionally perform health check-ups, that include, but are not limited to the following tests: fluid sample collection, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, oximetry, endurance test, body composition, vision test, hearing test, neurocognitive test, postural test
• Provide direct and virtual patient care and support to the interdisciplinary team.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to assess patient conditions and needs
• Implement evidence-based nursing interventions to promote patient wellness and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Attend training and continuing education to maintain nursing competencies
• Have a strong foundational knowledge of all of our assessments, tests and biomarkers.
• Evaluate patient’s needs during visits and adjust tests accordingly (e.g. potential for injury, alterations in comfort level, mobility limitations, pregnancy)
• Thoroughly record patient results and assure patient privacy at all times
• Order, process and drop-off samples to our partner laboratory and maintain adequate inventory of equipment and consumables
• Maintain a good understanding of the procedures, objectives, biomarkers, ranges, equipment instructions for each test performed
• Collaborate and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of operations, engineers and physicians (exercise physiologists, psychologists, nutritionists)
• Act as the direct point to contact for patients and help them carry out their comprehensive health plan as denoted by our team of medical professionals
• Provide support to recruit and onboard medical staff

Profile

• Licensed by New York State Board of Nursing Registered Nurses with minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience in oncology, labor and delivery, ER, home health, IV team
