Industry: HealthTech
Team: Engineering, in close collaboration with Marketing and Medical teams
Position: Full-time
Location: Worldwide, with hubs in Warsaw and Paris, open to remote
💡 Your impact
- Own the intake between Marketing and Engineering. Every request arrives as a business problem and leaves as scoped work: a clear problem statement, acceptance criteria, an owner, and a place on the roadmap.
- Own the internal roadmap for the systems marketing runs on. Ranked with Marketing on impact, with Engineering on effort and risk.
- Scope and estimate alongside engineers. You’re inside the technical conversation, not waiting on its output: trade-offs, sequencing, what to build now, what to defer, what not to build at all.
- Own the shared language. The definitions behind the numbers both teams decide on, agreed once and written down.
- Own the outcome, not the launch. After something ships, you confirm it does what it was specified to do against real data, before anyone downstream finds out otherwise.
- Keep Marketing and Engineering informed when it matters. Impact, timeline and follow-up, communicated without being asked for.
🔧 Required Hard Skills
- 4+ years as a technical program or product manager owning internal systems that drive real revenue, ideally in performance marketing, adtech, or growth infrastructure.
- Strong grasp of paid acquisition at scale: how campaign structure, budget, creative volume and measurement fit together, and what starts breaking as spend grows.
- Technical enough to hold your own in a design discussion: read logs and API responses, write SQL, sanity-check a data model, and judge a trade-off rather than relay it.
- Track record of turning ambiguous business asks into scoped, estimated, sequenced work that engineers could actually build.
- You get things done without formal authority, across two teams that use different vocabularies for the same thing.
- B2+ English (you’ll work in English daily).
✨ Nice to have
- You can write code. Not part of the job, a big plus for the judgment it gives you.
